Position: Hourly Part-Time Assistant Manager at Gyu-Kaku Japanese BBQ Restaurant in Cerritos, CA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily restaurant operations, both front-of-house and back-of-house.
- Train and uphold exceptional customer service standards.
- Implement quality assurance practices.
- Organize and oversee shift schedules.

- Manage inventory forecasting to align with customer demand.

Qualifications:

- Strong financial management capabilities.
Physical Requirements:
Light physical work may be required, including lifting up to 20 pounds and frequently handling items weighing up to 10 pounds. The role may involve bending, squatting, and twisting.
Job Type: Part-time
Compensation: $25.00 per hour.
