JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Proactively engage and inform consumers at points of interaction and purchase
  • Humanize brands and foster consumer trust through informative interactions
  • Guide consumers through immersive product sampling experiences
  • Complete digital training modules for market brands and initiatives
  • Utilize technology platforms to effectively represent brands
  • Arrive punctually at events, dressed appropriately, and execute promotional activities
  • Distribute Diageo promotional items and prepare accounts for merchandising
  • Adhere to Responsible Server Guidelines and report any violations
  • Contribute to social media channels and provide post-event summaries
  • Maintain a professional appearance for consumer engagement and comply with company policies
  • Monitor and report on competitive activities within the market
  • Possess strong brand knowledge, be engaging, and demonstrate reliability
  • Physical demands include standing or walking for extended periods and lifting heavy items
  • Maintain a positive demeanor under pressure and ensure consumer satisfaction
