Position Scope: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for executing routine maintenance tasks and addressing mechanical or electrical issues that may occur within the manufacturing processes and associated equipment and systems.


Key Responsibilities:


• Prepare and configure machinery for planned production activities.


• Conduct emergency repairs on all machinery, equipment, and facility systems during production operations.


• Ensure timely completion and accurate documentation of all scheduled maintenance tasks.


• Inspect, troubleshoot, and identify equipment failures and their underlying causes.


• Interpret engineering documents and work orders to carry out necessary repairs, preventive maintenance, and service tasks.


• Diagnose issues, replace or repair components, test machinery, and make adjustments, showcasing advanced problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.


• Communicate any equipment-related concerns to the Technical Team.


• Maintain accurate records of all activities, which will be subject to Management review.


Qualifications:


• High School Diploma or equivalent required.


• Minimum of three years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance.


• Preferred experience with Pneumatics, Hydraulics, and Fanuc Robots.


• Strong troubleshooting capabilities with electro-mechanical systems.


• Proficient in reading and understanding construction documents and schematics.


• Willingness to work shifts and weekends as necessary.


• Commitment to safe work practices.


• Ability to maintain a clean work environment.


• Forklift operation skills required.


• Basic computer proficiency is essential.
