Mixologist

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at TGIF. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere in our corner bar, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are readily available.
• Prepare and serve drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation.
• Engage with guests by making drinks in front of them, showcasing your skills and flair.
• Know and understand our menu, including drink recipes and ingredients, to provide expert recommendations to guests.
• Check the ID of all guests ordering alcoholic beverages who appear to be 40 years old or younger, ensuring compliance with our policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Knowledge of drink recipes, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Ability to work in a team environment, supporting colleagues to achieve our goals.
