Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team of professionals as a Speech-Language Pathologist in our Early Intervention Program. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families.

About the Role:
You will work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team to assess and treat speech, language, cognitive communication skills. The successful candidate will develop individualized treatment plans (IFSPs) and provide direct therapy services to children in various settings.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech and language skills
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IFSPs) in collaboration with families and the multidisciplinary team
* Provide direct therapy services to children in homes, childcare settings, or community environments
* Implement evidence-based practices to address communication and language challenges
* Monitor and document progress toward IFSP goals, adjusting strategies as needed

Qualifications:
* State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or eligibility to obtain licensure
* Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
* Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred
* Experience working with young children and families, preferably in early intervention settings
