Responsibilities:

  • Monitor medication safety and efficacy
  • Conduct literature reviews and assessments of medication-related issues
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve medication safety
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PhD) degree required
  • Minimum of five years of experience in clinical toxicology required
  • Certification as a Specialist in Poison Information (CSPI) by the American Association of Poison Control Centers or American Board of Applied Toxicology required

Compensation: $140,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience
