About the Job
Southeastern Retina Associates PC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical/Ophthalmic Assistant to join their team. This full-time position will be responsible for aiding in patient work up and procedure preparation at their six locations in the Tri-Cities area.

Responsibilities
• Assist with patient care, including medical histories, vision tests, and eye exams
• Prepare patients for procedures, such as laser eye surgery and injections
• Maintain accurate records of patient information and treatment plans
• Travel required to multiple locations within the Tri-Cities area

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ year of experience in a medical setting preferred
• Certification as a Certified Ophthalmic Assistant (COA) or Certified Ophthalmic Technician (COT) a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
