About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Apartment Trash Collector (Service Valet). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collecting trash from residents' doorsteps and transporting it to the onsite trash compactor at the apartment community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transport trash bags collected from residents' doorsteps to the onsite trash compactor using a reliable open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with a trailer.
  • Take required photos using our company's App during service to track and document the collection process.
  • Work closely with our team to ensure efficient and effective trash collection services.

Working Conditions:

This is a part-time position that requires working 5 nights a week from Sunday through Thursday, with shifts ranging from 2-4 hours long. You will be working outdoors in various weather conditions and may be required to lift and transport items weighing up to 50 lbs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.

  • Ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Able to walk the distance of property and be exposed to disagreeable odors.
  • Capability to climb up and down staircases/steps multiple times throughout the evening.
  • Ownership of a smartphone with a data plan to utilize our mobile app.
