Job Description: Systems Engineer - Cloud & Collaboration

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Systems Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and supporting our growing business needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive support for our systems infrastructure, encompassing Active Directory, multi-factor authentication, single sign-on, certificate management systems, and enterprise IT services such as web, email, financial systems, Microsoft 365, and data analytics.
  • Manage Microsoft 365 user accounts, including Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Azure Active Directory, and Exchange Online.
  • Contribute to the design and deployment of Microsoft 365 tenant solutions and SaaS applications. This includes tasks related to mobile application management, service health monitoring, service request handling, and implementation of compliance and governance policies.
Daily Duties:
  • Execute server administration tasks and provide technical support as needed.
  • Collaborate with the help desk to troubleshoot issues and ensure the smooth functioning of our systems architecture components.
  • Provision Azure cloud accounts, resources, and subscriptions.
  • Effectively prioritize tasks, balancing day-to-day operations with organizational goals. Work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.
  • Research and recommend infrastructure solutions. Manage existing infrastructure systems and set priorities for LANs, WANs, security, and other critical areas.
Required Skills:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in end-user computing technologies.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 and cloud-based collaboration tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of Exchange Online.
Preferred Skills:

A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred.
