Cake Decorator

We are seeking a skilled Cake Decorator to join our team at Quality Food Centers Inc. As a Cake Decorator, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and delicious baked goods for our customers.

• Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service and product knowledge.
• Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages our customers to return.
• Assist the department manager in reaching sales and profit goals established for the department.
• Monitor all established quality assurance standards and adhere to food safety regulations.
• Embrace the Customer 1st strategy and encourage associates to deliver excellent customer service.
• Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety of others.

• Ability to handle stressful situations and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work with customers and colleagues.
• Knowledge of basic math and ability to accurately handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
• Current food handlers permit once employed.
• Bakery/Cake Decorating experience and/or retail experience preferred.
