Job Title: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team in Fort Smith, Arkansas. This is a contract position with a duration of 13 weeks, working 40 hours per week with an 8-hour shift.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to work in the specialty area of Rehabilitation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy and be licensed or in the process of obtaining licensure in the state of AR.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a rehabilitation setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient needs
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Document patient progress and outcomes
Requirements:
  • 1 year of recent experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) specializing in Rehabilitation
  • Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license within the state of practice
