Soliant is seeking a motivated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in a full-time position for the upcoming school year.

Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to work with students in a k-12 setting, providing prevention, assessment, intervention, and program design efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with a wide range of speech-language-related disabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate the communication skills of referred students and diagnose speech and/or language disorders.
  • Perform evaluations on referred students and make treatment recommendations.
  • Participate in and/or conduct individualized education plans (IEPs) staffing to determine student needs.
  • Assure the placement of students in the Speech-Language Pathologist program and support SLP objectives on IEPs.
  • Provide consultative services to teachers, parents, admins, and allied agencies to integrate educational goals into the classroom and home environment.
Requirements
  • Illinois state licensure
  • Relevant experience in an SLP-School setting
