Nurse Director

About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing leadership, with experience in managing teams, developing policies, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of patient care, leading staff development initiatives, and collaborating with the leadership team to achieve organizational goals. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher, with a current state RN license in good standing, is required. A minimum of 3-5 years of nursing experience, with at least 1-2 years in a management or supervisory role, preferably in home health or a start-up environment, is also required. Strong leadership and organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and home health technology are essential.

You will be a self-motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. You will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices, and you will be able to lead and motivate your team to achieve exceptional outcomes. Certification in Home Health Nursing (CHHN) or related specialty is a plus.
Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per year
This is a full-time position that involves a blend of office work and travel to patients' homes. Flexibility in scheduling may be necessary as the agency grows and evolves.
