Job Description

Emler Swim School is dedicated to providing a fun and nurturing environment for children to learn swimming skills and water safety. Our swim instructors play a crucial role in our success, earning top employer awards and setting the standard for aquatic education.

What to Expect:

  • Become proficient in your swim instructor role through hands-on training with a mentor trainer.
  • Build relationships with students through weekly lessons and celebrate their progress.
  • Work a set schedule with shifts including evenings and weekends.
  • Follow safety standards and prioritize the wellbeing of children, families, and staff.
  • Be active and engaged throughout your workday, standing for periods of time and moving around on deck and in the pool.

Our curriculum supports teaching methods for various age groups:

  • Littles (2 months-35 months)
  • Tots (age 3)
  • Kids (age 4+)
  • Advanced (age 6+)
  • Competitive Swim Team

Starting Teaching Rate: $12-14 per hour
