About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at the Crain Automotive Team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for presenting and selling our company's products and services to new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Customer Service: Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers, prospect and contact potential customers, and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Meet Sales Targets: Reach agreed-upon sales targets by the deadline and set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest incentives.
  • Close Sales Transactions: Close and follow up on sales transactions, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • CRM Familiarity: Familiarity with CRM platforms and ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills and ability to close sales transactions.
  • Deadline and Detail-Oriented: Deadline and detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
