We're seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Optometric Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our Exam Practice, you will be responsible for ensuring the best possible journey for every patient. Your expertise in eye health and preliminary testing, optics, and managed vision care will be invaluable in providing a seamless and personalized experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain complete and accurate patient records before conducting preliminary testing.
• Introduce patients to our ODs and provide them with important patient information.
• Transition patients from the doctor to the sales floor and provide associates with the necessary information to educate and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs.
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the store's exam lane maintenance and patient experience goals, including restocking inventory, cleaning equipment, and answering phones to meet additional patient needs.
