Job Overview

As a Kennel Care specialist at Tecumseh Veterinary Hospital, you will be responsible for the daily care of boarding and hospitalized pets, including feeding, watering, and exercise.

Responsibilities
  • Feeding, watering, and exercising boarding and hospitalized pets
  • Laundering and kennel cleaning duties
  • Controlling and handling large dogs that may be boarding with us

This role requires flexibility, as you will need to work afternoons 2-3 days per week and every other weekend, averaging 10-12 hours per week. You will also be required to fill in for janitorial cleaning of the clinic from time to time.
