Key Responsibilities
  • Examine project documentation, including plans and timelines.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other relevant parties to facilitate efficient project delivery.
  • Establish and execute construction timelines and schedules.
  • Oversee and direct all on-site construction operations.
  • Track project progress and ensure alignment with established timelines and financial plans.
  • Conduct regular site evaluations to confirm adherence to safety regulations, building codes, and quality assurance protocols.
  • Hold periodic meetings with the project team to review progress, address challenges, and plan future tasks.
  • Lead safety briefings and training sessions for the construction workforce.
