Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key responsibilities include managing customer queries, processing orders, escalating complaints, and preparing correspondences to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer queries and complaints via various channels
  • Process orders and escalate complaints when necessary
  • Prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure satisfaction
  • Communicate with customers through various channels
  • Build product knowledge to ensure effective communication regarding the company's diverse product lines
  • Achieve customer satisfaction targets

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years prior experience as a Customer Service Rep or sales experience
  • High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent
  • Ability to remain pleasant and professional at all times
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must
  • Experience with ERP systems preferred
