About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Parts Counterperson. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Process parts requests from service technicians, retail customers, and wholesale customers accurately and efficiently.
  2. Develop strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable delivery of parts.
  3. Manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock of parts to meet customer demand.
  4. Process warranty returns and parts claim returns in a timely manner.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Ford parts sales or coordination preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; CDK computer system experience is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
