• Assist painters in completing painting projects on time and to a high standard.
• Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning and priming.
• Operate spray equipment to apply coatings to smaller items.
• Maintain equipment and ensure it is in good working order.
• Contribute to a safe and professional work environment.

• Valid driver's license and/or vehicle.
• Ability to lift and move ladders.
• Not afraid of heights.
• Pride in work and attention to detail.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.

• Base hourly rate plus performance-based compensation.
• Spray-Net gear provided.
• Travel time paid at $___/hour.
• Uniforms provided by Spray-Net.
