  • Direct the workflow in the service department.
  • Meet and exceed defined goals and objectives.
  • Handle day-to-day paperwork involved with retail operations.
  • Open and close the store as part of key holder duties.
  • Coach, manage, and develop store employees.
  • Write store schedules for all employees.
  • Assist in hiring, interviewing, and employee relations concerns.
  • Understand and analyze store profit and loss statements.
  • Manage inventory and facilities.
  • Ensure a clean and well-maintained shop, showroom, and restrooms.
  • Work well in a team environment with a positive attitude.
  • Do the right thing for customers, employees, and vendors.
  • Continuously think and share ideas to improve Belle Tire.

**Requirements:**

  • 18 years of age.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • 3+ years of management experience in a retail and/or auto service environment.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers, management, and customers.
  • Ability to lift objects weighing up to 75 pounds.
  • Varying work hours, including some overtime.
