LPN - Nursing Excellence Track

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on our Nursing Excellence Track, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to an assigned group of patients, in accordance with Northside Hospital's philosophy, policies, and procedures.
  • Participate in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care, working under the direction of a Registered Nurse in an assigned clinical area.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes and protect patient health and safety.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Georgia.
  • Less than 1 year of experience as an LPN.
  • Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification.
