Main Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests as they arrive and seat them at their table, creating a positive first impression.

  • Manage reservations efficiently, ensuring that guests are seated in a timely manner and that the restaurant runs smoothly.

  • Answer phone calls and take reservations with a smile, providing excellent customer service from the outset.

  • Assist servers with clearing tables and resetting for new guests, maintaining a clean and organized environment that reflects positively on our brand.

  • E nsure that the host stand area is clean and organized, providing a seamless transition for guests and staff alike.

  • Provide guests with menus and answer any questions they may have, showcasing your knowledge of our menu offerings.

  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, upholding our commitment to excellent service.

  • Assist with other duties as assigned by management, demonstrating your ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential for success in this position, as you will be interacting with guests and staff on a regular basis.

  • You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm and composed under pressure.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary for managing reservations and maintaining a clean environment.
