Job Summary

Pinnacle Bank is seeking a skilled Credit Analyst to join our team. As a Credit Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and preparing credit requests for review by the originating lender and/or loan committee. You will also be responsible for understanding all aspects of our loan processing software and assisting other staff members as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare complete and concise financial analyses by obtaining necessary information from the lender.
  • Attend loan committee meetings to assist in the presentation and clarification of credit requests.
  • Conduct credit inquiries and review loan documents for closings.
  • Assist with Suntell or File X inquiries as necessary.
  • Monitor construction draw requests and collateral reports to ensure accuracy.
  • Participate in asset reviews and maintain confidentiality of credit information.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience in banking.
  • College degree in business, finance, economics, or accounting preferred.
  • Knowledge of bank operations, policies, and procedures.
  • Knowledge of loan analysis and accounting.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work under pressure.
