Parts Warehouse Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and confirm shipments, ensuring accuracy in orders and quantities
  • Prepare orders for customer pickup
  • Gather parts for sales representatives
  • Maintain accurate records of receiving and shipping
  • Organize and prepare shipments for stocking
  • Assist with inventory stocking
  • Support the upkeep of storage bins and equipment
  • Help organize the department layout, including the movement of bins as necessary
  • Oversee returned parts and manage a designated storage area for them
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper labeling of all storage areas
  • Exhibit behaviors that align with the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations

Qualifications:

  • Must fulfill the company’s employment criteria
  • Ability to read and understand instructions and information

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid driver's license

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

  • Ability to engage in prolonged computer use and data entry
  • Capacity to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
  • Willingness to work in various environments, including extreme temperatures and weather conditions
  • Ability to kneel, bend, and reach overhead

Education:
