Pediatric In-Home Private Duty Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate LPN or RN to join our team as an In-Home Private Duty Pediatric Nurse in the Lexington area.

As an In-Home Private Duty Pediatric Nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing care to children with special needs in their homes. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work independently.

About the Position:

  • Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments as per plan of care.
  • Monitor and document patient status, and share updates with physicians and families.
  • Educate families on proper care and treatments to ensure continuity.
  • Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements:

  • Current LPN or RN license in the state of practice.
