Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Ballinger Memorial Hospital District. As a Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional healthcare services.
About the RoleThe Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assessing patient health status, and developing individualized nursing care plans. You will also have the opportunity to educate patients and families on healthcare issues and post-hospital care, ensuring a safe environment for patients and staff through supervision and adherence to safety protocols.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and treatments according to established policies and procedures
- Assess and evaluate patient health status and needs
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans
- Provide education to patients and families on healthcare issues and post-hospital care
- Ensure a safe environment for patients and staff through supervision and adherence to safety protocols
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a graduate degree in nursing from an accredited school of professional nursing and be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Texas. You will also need to possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
