Job Title: Behavior Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Therapist to join our team at the Center for Learning and Autism Support Services. As a Behavior Therapist, you will work directly with children with autism in various settings, providing individualized support and implementing evidence-based therapies.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct 1:1 behavior therapy shifts using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Provide support to children with autism in home, school, and community-based settings
  • Implement programming set up by the Clinical Director or Clinical Manager
  • Collect and record data accurately and efficiently
  • Perform administrative tasks, including responding to emails and phone calls
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
Benefits:
  • Hourly pay rate of $19-$31 DOE and education
  • $500 bonus for current RBTs paid after 3 months of employment
