Job Summary

ASML is seeking a Material Handler to support the materials processing and paperwork for our Newtown, CT location. This role will work an alternate 1st shift schedule from 6am to 2:30pm from Wednesday through Sunday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and package materials per specification for safe shipment.
  • Monitor for and report damaged or defective materials to the department supervisor.
  • Participate in area Job Hazard Analysis.
  • Make pick-ups and deliveries within the ASML campus.
  • Perform data entry and record retention.
  • Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and make recommendations.
  • Operate company equipment such as hand trucks, hoists, trolleys, and fork trucks.
  • Lift up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience in material handling, inventory control, and/or inventory management preferred.
  • General computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • SAP experience a plus.
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
