Chief Estimator

Ratcliff Constructors, LP is seeking a highly skilled Chief Estimator to lead our estimating team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for compiling bids, managing bid day activities, and owning the entire estimating process.

• Develop and implement estimating strategies to ensure accurate and competitive bids
• Manage and coordinate estimating activities, including setting up estimates, preliminary estimating, and estimating general conditions and self-performed scopes of work
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure accurate project scope analysis and effective project planning
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure successful project outcomes
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve estimating processes and procedures

• 6+ years of commercial estimating experience with a successful project portfolio
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
• Experience with estimating software, including ProCore, Primavera P6, and On Screen Takeoff (OST)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive under pressure and drive tangible results
