Meet the Requirements

Education and Experience
You must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in cleaning and restoration.

Certifications and Licenses
Possession of IICRC certifications is preferred but not required. You must also be able to obtain any necessary licenses or certifications as required by law.

Skills and Abilities
Essential skills and abilities include effective oral communication, basic math skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team. You must also be physically fit and able to perform strenuous tasks, including lifting heavy objects and working at heights.
