Job Summary

We are seeking 10 highly motivated and detail-oriented Freelance Search Consultants (FSC) worldwide to collaborate with our dynamic U.S. recruitment team. The FSC will be responsible for identifying and engaging top talent through innovative sourcing strategies and building a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals, to identify potential candidates.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand talent pools and identify key sourcing channels.
  • Reach out to potential candidates through personalized and effective communication methods.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, interest, and cultural fit.
  • Maintain and update a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current job openings.
  • Ensure the weekly delivery of 20 resumes, with at least 10 candidates scoring 7 or 8, ready for resume submission (RSO).
  • Work closely with the recruitment team, especially the Project Manager, to align sourcing efforts with overall recruitment strategies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Search Consultant or similar role in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools, including Boolean searches, social media platforms, and professional networks, experience with research/sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, other social media, or technical forums.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and strong organizational skills (attention to details) are highly preferred.
