Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse (LPN or RN) to join our New Interdisciplinary Pain Management Program at Brickyard Healthcare. Your role will be essential in delivering quality healthcare and enhancing the lives of our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver nursing care to residents under the guidance of a Supervisor and as prescribed by the physician, adhering to nursing standards and regulations.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team efforts to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Lead and facilitate small group sessions, focusing on pain management strategies.
- Administer medications as required and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications:
- Current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN).
- Valid CPR certification, with a requirement to obtain within 90 days of hire.
- License must be in good standing with no findings related to abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property.
