- Work on complex technical problems and provide innovative solutions.

- Serve as an organization spokesperson on advanced projects and/or programs.
- Act as an advisor to management and customers on advanced technical research studies and applications.
- Delegate work, oversee progress towards goals, and coach team members as needed.
- Develop and maintain accurate project schedules.
- Prepare reports, drawings, and specifications for diverse types of projects.
- Make independent recommendations and design development decisions.
- Provide technical review for design, bid, and construction documents.
- Identify risks and provide mitigating actions.
- Manage changes in project scope of work.
- Provide technical support to the Facilities and Maintenance organization.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure Capital, Direct, Overhead, or Rent Credit funding requests are submitted and approved.
- Identify project or program risks and work actions to reduce or eliminate impacts to existing strategic office/lab plans.
- Develop and deliver briefings to various customers and project teams.

Requirements- Degree from an accredited college.
- Facilities engineering experience.
- Experience with design software (AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.).
- Mechanical engineering degree from an accredited college.
- Lockheed Martin facilities engineering experience.
- Integrated master scheduling knowledge.
- Experience in the design of HVAC systems.
- Experience working in a production environment.
This position requires a government security clearance. You must be a US citizen for consideration.
RelocationRelocation may be possible.
