Career Strategies is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist Medical Insurance to join our team in Glendale, CA. As a key member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of medical claims processing while providing exceptional customer service.

Salary Information
The estimated annual salary for this position is $62,000 - $72,000, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401K with a 2% match, and paid parking.

Job Description
As a Customer Service Specialist Medical Insurance, you will be responsible for processing medical claims, answering customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all claims are accurately processed and customers receive the best possible service.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a bachelor's degree in healthcare, math, engineering, or a related field. A minimum of four years of claims processing experience is preferred, as well as a minimum of four years in a heavy call center environment. You must be able to learn various software applications and become self-sufficient in using them in a user interface environment. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
