- Informa a los clientes sobre los requisitos de partes y promociones, asegurando que tengan acceso a toda la línea de productos.
- Atiende llamadas telefónicas, proporcionando cotizaciones y otra información relevante. Solicita cuentas asignadas por teléfono.
- Revisa las estimaciones del taller para asegurar que las partes solicitadas sean correctas y que los precios estén alineados con la estimación.
- Extrae y completa pedidos de inventario. Reabastece el inventario asignado diariamente y notifica al gerente de partes sobre piezas o materiales de taller que necesiten atención inmediata.
- Notifica al asesor de servicio y al cliente cuando las partes especiales han llegado. Informa al cliente mayorista cuando todas las partes han llegado y cuándo serán entregadas.
- Realiza seguimiento de las partes en espera. Verifica semanalmente los archivos de pedidos pendientes y devuelve a los proveedores o almacena aquellos artículos no recogidos o requeridos.
- Asegura que todas las solicitudes internas de partes se facturen en la orden de reparación de servicio. Recibe pagos de clientes minoristas/mayoristas o obtiene autorización de crédito.
- Emite créditos por partes devueltas, asegurando que la factura original o su número estén disponibles para verificar la compra y el precio.
- Organiza pedidos para envío, entrega o recogida diaria.
- Participa en todos los programas de capacitación disponibles y se mantiene actualizado sobre nuevos productos y actualizaciones de productos.
