Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and prepare visually stunning charcuterie boards that showcase a variety of cheeses, meats, fruits, nuts, and specialty items.
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment by adhering to ServSafe guidelines and protocols.
  • Ensure that all ingredients are fresh, of high quality, and properly portioned for each board.
  • Collaborate with management to develop new and exciting seasonal or themed board offerings that meet our guests' expectations.
  • Monitor and maintain an accurate inventory of charcuterie ingredients and supplies to ensure that we always have what we need.
  • Keep the workspace clean, organized, and properly stocked at all times to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Interact with customers to answer questions and provide information about the charcuterie boards, contributing to their overall dining experience.
