Bristol Myers Squibb is a global biopharmaceutical company that is committed to transforming patients' lives through science. We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to join our team and help us accelerate our ability to serve patients around the world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain the ServiceNow technical architecture of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and IT teams to understand requirements and implement solutions that enrich the platform and enhance the user experience.
  • Implement and communicate best practice principles for architecture and integration, ensuring they are well-documented and followed by developers, administrators, and 3rd-party vendors.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver ServiceNow solutions.
  • Support ServiceNow architecture and lifecycle management for new and existing ServiceNow integrations.
  • Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood and backlog items are prioritized.
  • Demonstrate a flexible and adaptive approach to accommodate changing requirements.
  • Ensure clear communication and transparency within the team and stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for new or improved architecture opportunities.
  • Identify and implement platform optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Quality, Cybersecurity, and Testing teams to ensure the quality and security of the platform and the solutions provided.
  • Communicate with business process analysts and stakeholders to identify current and future roadmap and strategies for the platform.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation with an architectural focus.
  • Broad exposure to ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, IRM (GRC/TPRM), HRSD).
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow platform functionalities, including Service Catalog, Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, Scripting, and Integration Hub.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations.
  • Experience with ServiceNow scripting languages.
  • Experience with ServiceNow reporting and analytics.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with ServiceNow performance tuning and optimization.
  • Experience with ServiceNow security and compliance.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification is a plus.
