Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to evaluate the performance of product lines, regions, and channels. Utilize financial models and tools to assess sales trends, pricing strategies, and profitability metrics.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts. Work closely with business partners to understand drivers of variance and provide insights to improve accuracy and decision-making.
  • Sales Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to track performance against targets, identify areas of opportunity, and recommend strategies to enhance revenue growth and market share.
  • Financial Reporting: Develop, analyze, and interpret financial information and key performance indicators (KPIs). Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis to support decision-making.
  • Industry Trends: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify emerging opportunities and threats. Translate market insights into actionable recommendations for business strategy.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align financial objectives with business strategies. Provide financial insights and support decision-making processes to drive business results.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in Finance
  • Industry Experience: Manufacturing industry experience preferred
  • Skills: Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and Word, strong business communication and analytic skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent attention to detail
