Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Electromechanical Assembler to join our team at Stand-By Personnel. As an Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling electrical equipment and subassemblies according to customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble electrical equipment and subassemblies following customer specifications, drawings, and instructions.
• Drill, tap, ream holes, and align components using hand tools or portable power tools.
• Bend and install electrical conduit, strip shielding, and crimp wires as required.
• Train or assist in training other employees in assembly processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of prior assembly-related experience.
• Mechanically inclined with strong skills in using hand and power tools.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and specifications accurately.
