About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Beauty Advisor to join our team at Hudson Group. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expertise in the world of fragrances and beauty products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise customers on the use of fragrances and products, providing personalized recommendations and guidance.
  • Provide timely, welcoming, and professional service to all customers, ensuring a positive and engaging shopping experience.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and store management to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Enforce and maintain the highest visual standards, including displays, signage, and promotional items, to create an attractive and inviting store environment.
  • Replenish merchandise products and stock on shelves, ensuring a well-stocked and organized store.
  • Ensure a welcoming environment for clients in the store, providing a comfortable and enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Share knowledge on the art of fine perfumery, the brand, and the collection with clients, creating genuine and authentic connections.
  • Manage the lab, compounding perfumes, managing ingredients and stock, labeling and boxing products, and building client databases.
  • Address and resolve client situations according to company philosophy, escalating to corporate level for specific requests.
Requirements
  • Impeccable customer service skills, with a strong focus on providing personalized and engaging experiences.
  • Previous experience working within the beauty and fragrance field, with a strong understanding of fragrances and beauty products.
  • Strong work ethic, with a passion for delivering exceptional results and exceeding customer expectations.
  • High energy, positive, and optimistic personality, with a strong ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and store management.
