Corporate Litigation Counsel

Skilled Corporate Litigation Counsel Required

Bashore Green Law Group is seeking a proficient corporate litigation counsel to enhance our business law division. The successful candidate will be adept at managing both federal and state court commercial civil disputes, along with overseeing the acquisition and disposition of real estate and business assets. We prefer candidates with a minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience and a robust background in trial advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all facets of business litigation, including conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documents, as well as representing clients in mediations and trials;
• Provide strategic legal advice to business clients regarding litigation approaches and practices;
• Manage general corporate legal matters, including drafting purchase agreements, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with regulations;
• Communicate effectively with clients and deliver exceptional quality of work;
• Foster strong client relationships and remain informed about industry trends and developments.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school and be a licensed attorney in good standing;
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work efficiently under pressure;
• Willingness to mentor junior associates and provide support to staff.
