Job Title: Janitor

PCSI is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our corporate headquarters team. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our office building and exterior grounds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean offices, common areas, and restrooms by sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing surfaces, and removing trash.
  • Operate cleaning equipment such as buffers, vacuums, and fans.
  • Conserve cleaning supplies and maintain assigned equipment in satisfactory condition.
  • Read and understand correct dilution rates for cleaning chemicals and follow all facility safety policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • One year of experience as a janitor preferred.
  • Ability to understand instructions and communicate about custodial tasks in English.
What We Offer:
  • Base pay of $17.20/hr.
  • Annual bonus of up to 6%.
  • 21 days of PTO per year, in addition to all federal holidays.
  • Medical, dental, vision, and other coverage: employer contribution offered to cover employee-only tier.
  • 401k plan with matching on contributions up to 6%.
