Job Title: Custodial Technician
Job Overview
We are seeking meticulous and dedicated custodial staff to become part of our organization. Your main duties will involve the thorough cleaning and upkeep of designated facilities or areas. Responsibilities will encompass tasks such as sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, stripping and waxing floors, sanitizing restrooms, showers, locker rooms, and kitchens, emptying waste receptacles, and aiding in the relocation of offices, classrooms, dormitories, and event preparations.
Essential Skills
- Sweeping and dusting
- Vacuuming carpets and rugs
- Mopping hard surfaces
- Stripping and waxing flooring
- Sanitizing restrooms, showers, locker rooms, and kitchens
- Emptying waste containers and bins
- Assisting in relocating offices, classrooms, dormitories, and event setups
Employment Type
This is a Contract-to-Hire role with a total of 866 hours. It is a night shift position offering a pay rate of $13 per hour.
Work Environment
This position requires full on-site presence.
