POSITION SUMMARY

  • This role is designed for entry-level Diagnostic Radiologic Technologists. Individuals in this position will operate diagnostic x-ray and fluoroscopic equipment to assist Radiologists and other medical professionals in the diagnosis and treatment of various conditions.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Educational Background
    • Completion of an Accredited Radiologic Technologist Program is mandatory.
  • Experience
    • No prior experience is necessary for this role.
  • Licenses and Certifications
    • Possession of a Texas General Medical Radiologic Technologist license is required.
    • ARRT certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
    • BLS Healthcare CPR certification is essential.
    • A valid Texas Driver's License is required for designated drivers as per company policy.
  • Skills and Competencies
    • Basic knowledge of Digital Radiologic Equipment is essential.
    • Familiarity with PACS and RIS software is necessary.
    • Ability to perform Diagnostic Radiographs is required.
    • Effective verbal communication skills for patient interaction and basic patient care are crucial.
