Key Responsibilities:
Our ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a kitchen leadership position, preferably within the food industry. Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversight of kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and quality.
  • Management of kitchen staff, scheduling, and coordination.
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Training and coaching of new staff members.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the food industry.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of kitchen operations and safety protocols.
  • Previous experience in team management and leadership roles.
  • Active Servsafe Management & allergen certificates required.
  • Spanish and English fluency are required.

What We Offer:
  • $50,000 - $60,000 per year salary range.
