**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Universal Banker to join our team at Flexible Recruiting Solutions. As a Universal Banker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and service quality by acknowledging the customer's presence through a professional greeting and developing an interpersonal relationship built upon an understanding of customer needs.
- Perform as a teller, including performing financial transactions with Bank customers and settlement procedures, and balance cash drawers as needed.
- Sell and refer Bank products and services, following up with prospects by asking for their business and maintaining referral documentation.
- Participate in community projects and organizations as requested.
- Perform all banking transactions, including opening accounts, checking and savings deposits, IRAs, business retirement accounts, and various types of payments, in accordance with Bank policy.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of two years retail banking experience or retail sales and service experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- General personal computer knowledge, prior experience with banking applications preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and possess a strong attention to detail.
- Sales and service-oriented personality.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and evenings on a rotating basis.
