At Cassia Connect, we invite you to embark on a rewarding journey as a Certified Nursing Aide (CNA). This position offers comprehensive training and the opportunity to obtain your CNA certification.
Compensation:
Starting wage for Nursing Aides is $18.33/hour with an additional shift differential of up to $3.00/hour. We also offer a sign-on bonus of up to $3,000.
Job Requirements:
- No prior nursing or medical experience is necessary.
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 35 lbs.
- Must successfully pass a background check.
Position Overview:
As a Nursing Aide, you will provide essential personal care and assist with nurse-delegated tasks, including:
- Recording vital signs
- Operating mechanical lifts
- Enhancing residents' quality of life through daily activities and support.
Training Program:
Our CNA training program consists of 75 hours of both online and in-person training, with a training wage of $15.25/hour.
