Enhance and refine KPI tracking and business performance dashboards. Assess the effective use and distribution of resources across business segments and propose solutions. Foster and secure partnerships with leadership both internally and externally. Conduct comprehensive analyses of business objectives; pinpoint factors that contribute positively or negatively to their achievement. Create scorecards, trackers, tools, and reports that aid the regional leadership team (Marketing, On Premise, and Distribution) in evaluating regional performance. Assess the effective use and distribution of resources across business segments and recommend strategies to boost efficiency. Identify and coordinate essential, innovative projects with functional teams to bridge opportunity gaps and execute trial programs to swiftly test strategic directions. Provide qualitative analytical support on projects necessitating financial or data analysis. Assist the General Manager in developing and advancing the regional Talent strategy. Foster collaboration and promote high performance at the regional leadership level. Collaborate with department heads to assess and optimize current business and role processes, offering recommendations to leadership for enhancements, automation, or new capability opportunities. Improve regional projects and the annual business planning process to enhance focus, efficiency, accountability, and empowerment in the field, ensuring alignment across all levels of the region. Identify performance gaps within the regional business and propose solutions to close these gaps, enhancing efficiency and business impact. Deliver strategic analysis and essential project management at the leadership level. Provide guidance and support from project inception to execution, including business case proposals, budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, and reporting outcomes. Collaborate with project leaders to effectively manage documentation and track project milestones, schedules, and resource requirements. Develop, enhance, and oversee project management methodologies to ensure a streamlined process, guaranteeing that projects are executed and delivered successfully to meet established standards and requirements. Cultivate relationships across all levels and regions to monitor the cultural health and dynamics of the business unit, making recommendations based on these evaluations. 1-3 years of experience in an analytical and/or project management capacity (recent graduates are encouraged to apply) Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is strongly preferred Strong project management capabilities Understanding of P&L, business drivers, and their interactions Analytical and business acumen demonstrated through successful project completion Quick learner with the ability to rapidly acquire new skills and integrate various approaches Familiarity with business insights and category management principles Proficient in facilitating meetings and communications Highly collaborative, capable of working with executives across multiple functions Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Willingness to travel 10-20% Permanent position Eligible for benefits
